Jane is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, specialising in the treatment of complex musculoskeletal injuries requiring a more thorough assessment and management. Combining up-to-date exercise rehabilitation and manual therapy treatment techniques, Jane achieves outstanding results. With over 14 years experience and working closely with Medical Specialists, GPs, Allied Health Practitioners and Therapists, Jane strives for faster, more effective rehabilitation. Jane has a background in rehabilitation, as well as vast experience in “on field” sports injury management over a variety of sports. Jane maintains an interest in soccer, swimming and running. Joining Therapy Max in 2002, Jane now leads The Therapy Max Team. |

Through her professional dance, Sally has developed a passion for exercise rehabilitation. Since qualifying in the UK in 1996, she has worked and travelled extensively, building her expertise in injury management and now utilises the most up to date methods of prescriptive exercise, myofacial release and manual therapy techniques. Sally combines her knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics
and injury management, with her advanced training in movement control
and exercise prescription, to achieve outstanding results for her clients.
She is very popular with clients wanting self help strategies to improve
pain, fitness and wellbeing. |

Nicky’s
massage training is vast, having achieved numerous diplomas in Massage,
Integrated Body and Sports Injury Therapies. With contemporary dance training
in Europe and having worked with physios and athletic coaches in various
sports, Nicky is highly proficient in the treatment of soft tissue dysfunction.
She is currently a clinical supervisor for massage students at ACNT.
With a reputation for assisting clients achieve increased flexibility and faster recovery, Nicky is becoming a highly sought after therapist amongst competitive athletes such as triathletes, and cyclists. |

Amy will happily work on purely muscle problems, however can also provide more thorough assessments, manipulations and muscle energy treatments when using her osteopathic skills.
