Pilates in briefPilates is taught as both a personalised home program and in our Fit Backs Pilates Class. The Pilates method of training helps develop core strength and promote ”perfect posture”, thus helping your body to work at its most efficient. Pilates training is a low intensity workout and is suitable for anyone wanting improved core strength, flexibility and conditioning as part of general fitness, injury prevention or rehabilitation. (click here for class timetable) Fit Backs Pilates ClassesTaught by Therapy Max Physiotherapists, qualified and experienced in teaching pilates, Fit Backs Pilates Classes are small, personalised matt courses run for 10 week terms. We particularly encourage people wanting more supervision and graduated weekly progression to join a Fit Backs Pilates Class. |
