Complementary entry to the pools of Cook+Phillip Park is offered with every appointment at Therapy Max before or after your visit to us. This is offered only to booked sessions.

Entry to facilities is covered in treatment cost for hydrotherapy and gym based sessions.

Affordable, discount parking is available in Cathedral Street Parking Station. Ask for details at time of booking.

Disability access from the car park and within the facilities is provided, including lift access. The hydrotherapy pool has a gentle ramp and there is also an aquatic wheelchair for those less mobile.

Billing: HICAPS, EFTPOS, EFT, Amex, Visa and Mastercard facilities are available.

Prices:  Private health fund rebates are available for all Therapy Max service including classes. Bring your private health fund card for faster Hicaps rebate.

Physiotherapy consultations under Workers Compensation & DVA& CTP can be billed direct to insurers if a doctor’s referral and insurer approval is gained prior to your consultation.

EPC Referral:  Clients with “chronic” conditions may claim a rebate from Medicare of up to 5 physiotherapy sessions if they are referred to Therapy Max by their GP with an “Enhanced Primary Care Referral”.  For these clients, treatments are paid for by the client but can then be rebated immediately through Medicare Easyclaim in the clinic.
